Insta Group is hiring a Social Media Executive.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably B2B)
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
• A keen eye for design and visual storytelling
• Strong analytical skills and ability to dive into performance metrics
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Profile

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging B2B content on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
• Monitor social media channels and provide timely, on-brand responses
• Create and manage impactful social media campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding
• Track performance metrics, generate insights, and refine strategies
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and tools
• Conduct competitive and industry analysis to inform strategies
