Work Profile

• Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and LinkedIn, adapting content to suit different platforms
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews
• Measure the success of social media campaigns
• Oversee the design of social media accounts
• Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and contests
• Stay updated with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
• Engage in influencer marketing to increase reach
