Eligibility

• Experience Required: Three or more years in social media marketing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills: Extensive knowledge of marketing principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to manage multi-channel social media calendars, B2B SaaS software marketing experience, experience managing organic LinkedIn for a B2B software company.

Work Profile

• Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create and maintain a social media calendar in collaboration with various teams.
• Define social media performance metrics and report on performance.
• Manage social media presence, engage with followers, and handle issues related to spam and inappropriate comments.
• Stay updated on social media trends and developments.
• Produce and manage social media content, including posts and visuals.
• Required Skills/Abilities:
• Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with decision intelligence, business intelligence, data management, and AI/ML concepts is a plus.
