Lumiverse Solutions is hiring a Social Media Executive – Level 1 (Junior Role) in Nashik.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or similar roles (internships and freelance work considered).
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
• Creative skills with knowledge of Canva or Adobe Spark.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with data interpretation.
• Preferred: Knowledge of photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).

Work Profile

• Assist in developing, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms.
• Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Research trends, hashtags, and strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Analyse social media performance using tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights and prepare reports.
• Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms.
• Support in organising social media contests, giveaways, or promotional activities.
