Madanlal Chhaganlal is hiring for the position of Social Media Executive.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in social media management or content creation (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) are a bonus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.

Work Profile

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics, write captions, and maintain the brand voice.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish posts for a consistent online presence. Respond to comments/messages and engage with the audience to foster loyalty.
• Marketing Coordination: Align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns. Brainstorm and execute promotional ideas to enhance brand visibility.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics and generate reports on engagement, reach, and campaign performance. Provide recommendations for improvement.
