Eligibility

1. Minimum 1-2 years of escalation handling experience on social media platforms
2. Experience with a customer-centric approach

Work Profile

Key responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring and analysing online conversations about the company or brand across various social media platforms and websites
2. Responding to comments, reviews, and feedback from customers and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
3. Identifying and addressing negative reviews or comments that could harm the company’s reputation
4. Developing and implementing strategies to improve online reputation and increase positive reviews and feedback
5. Tracking and reporting on online reputation metrics, including sentiment analysis, engagement, and response time
6. Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to online reputation management
