About the Job

NAMCO is hiring a Social Media Executive for its initiative KrishiMantraa, aimed at supporting farmers and rural communities through engaging digital content.

Eligibility

• Intermediate to advanced skills in video editing and graphic design
• Ability to collaborate with influencers and manage content
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail

Work Profile

• Identify and onboard new and existing social media influencers
• Guide influencers in content creation and monitor their output and payments
• Maintain detailed influencer databases (location, language, expertise, performance)
• Assist in scripting and planning content such as product reviews, educational videos, and success stories
• Edit videos (both short and long form), add subtitles, create thumbnails, and design infographics
• Schedule and manage posts on YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp groups
• Monitor content performance, refresh visuals, and support content promotion
