About the Job

OneSto Labs is hiring a Social Media Executive.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and self-motivation skills.
• Active presence and familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Work Profile

Content Management:

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for various social media handles.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to create content aligned with brand personalities.
• Identify and incorporate social media trends into content strategy.
• Develop distinct campaigns for products that reflect the brand’s personality.
• Shoot and execute content as needed.

Performance Analysis:

• Track and map follower growth on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Analyse high-performing content pieces and organic engagement.
• Prepare and present monthly performance analysis reports.

Community Building:

• Foster engagement and growth within online communities.
• Regularly analyse engagement data and content performance.
