ReadyAssist is hiring a Social Media Executive.

Eligibility

• Experience: 1–2 years in social media management (brand or agency)
• Educational Qualification: Any degree
• Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Confident in front of the camera (voiceovers or video appearances)
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset

Work Profile

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Appear in stories, reels, voice-overs, or reaction-based content
• Write engaging and on-brand captions and content
• Suggest trending reel/audio ideas based on current social media trends
• Engage with the audience through DMs, comments, and messages
• Capture and create content during shoots, launches, and events
• Support influencer campaigns and assist with post rollouts
• Monitor analytics and provide weekly performance insights
