Eligibility

• Passion for beauty and makeup is a must.
• Experience in creating content with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools for creating and editing content is a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.

Work Profile

• Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, including brainstorming and planning photoshoots to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, and written copy) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Ideate, shoot, and edit videos (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts) showcasing products or brand culture.
• Oversee the creation of SEO-optimised, engaging content for the website and blogs to improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with internal and external agencies for maintenance.
• Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Assist in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support.
