Viral Fission is hiring a Social Media Executive.

Eligibility

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in scripting, copywriting, and content planning
• Comfortable appearing in videos or reels
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to improve content performance using data

Work Profile

• Set up and manage social media accounts from scratch
• Create and execute a social media strategy
• Plan content calendars and develop engaging posts
• Collaborate with design and video teams
• Be actively involved in video-based content when required
• Track performance metrics and optimise accordingly
• Brainstorm and ideate with client teams to meet brand goals
