Eligibility

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management
• MBA qualification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Ability to analyse metrics and report performance
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Capable of handling multiple accounts independently

• Develop and implement social media strategies for the agency and its clients
• Create and schedule engaging content
• Monitor interactions and respond promptly
• Track and report performance metrics
• Run and manage advertising campaigns including budgeting and optimisation
