About the Job

ADG Online Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• 4–5 years of experience in social media management
• Graduate in Journalism or MBA in Marketing preferred; MA in Mass Communication given priority
• Strong understanding of major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Proficient in SEO strategies and paid ad campaign management
• Prior experience handling enterprise or government clients
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Meta Blueprint, or Google Ads are a plus

Work Profile

• Manage day-to-day coordination and communication with enterprise/Govt. clients
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across various social media platforms
• Lead a team of social media executives, designers, and content creators
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of creatives, videos, and infographics
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
• Prepare pitch decks and collaborate with the business development team to win new clients
