About the Job

Eligibility

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
• Proven track record of growing and engaging online audiences.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
• Basic graphic design/video editing knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).

Work Profile

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, and posts that align with the brand’s voice.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
