About the Job

Bare Wear is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead its content and digital presence.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of experience in growing a D2C brand (preferably scaled from 20K to 100K followers)
• Strong content creation skills: shoot, write, edit, and post independently
• Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of content beyond visuals—caption, hook, timing, and performance
• Attention to detail and an eye for high-impact storytelling
• Experience creating ad content that converts
• Passion for building a women-first brand

Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Comfortable being on camera
• Aspiration to grow into a Brand Manager role
• Prior experience in a lean, high-energy startup

Work Profile
