About the Job

Brick and Wall Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and scheduling software
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Work Profile

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories
• Monitor trends, analyse audience behaviour, and optimise content based on insights
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with business goals
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
• Track and report key social media metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge
