About the Job

CIEL HR is hiring a Social Media Manager for an on-site, full-time role based in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in content strategy development and media planning
• Knowledge of social media advertising, including paid ads and campaign management
• Experience with Google Ads and an understanding of key metrics (CPC, CPE, CPV, CPM)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box

Work Profile

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, creating and implementing marketing strategies, optimising the organisation’s social media presence, and writing engaging content for various platforms.
