About the Job

Digital Wolf is hiring a Social Media Manager to lead its social media efforts and transform online presence into measurable success.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably for brands or agencies
• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and analytics tools
• Experience in content strategy and short-form video creation
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in digital marketing or media is an advantage

Work Profile

The selected candidate will:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
• Create and manage monthly content calendars for timely publishing
• Ideate and oversee the production of reels, videos, and creative posts
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy aligned with brand tone
• Track and analyse engagement metrics to optimise content performance
• Stay up to date with trends, memes, and algorithm updates
• Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand communication
