About the Job

Doodleblue is hiring a Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience. This role offers the opportunity to manage multi-platform social media strategies and work within a dynamic, hybrid environment in Chennai.

Eligibility

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Deep understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and Threads
• Expertise in community management and fostering active follower communities
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or other analytics tools
• Experience in paid social media advertising and campaign optimisation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align on campaign goals
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make strategic decisions
• Organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
