About the Job

IARDO is hiring a Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Excellent content creation and writing skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with paid social media advertising
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Certification in social media marketing (e.g., Hootsuite, Facebook)

Work Profile

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create and curate high-quality content, including visuals, videos, and captions
• Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
• Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
