About the Job

IAS Baba is hiring a Social Media Manager to manage and enhance their social media presence, engage with their audience, and contribute to their marketing efforts.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the UPSC exam and related topics.

Work Profile

• Develop and manage social media campaigns, setting clear KPIs and goals.
• Update and manage content regularly across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Address customer queries in a timely manner through direct messaging or comments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the strategy.
• Analyse campaign performance using data and metrics, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with content developers to ensure optimal content for social media.
• Work with graphic designers and video editors to enhance visual posts.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and senior management to ensure alignment with company goals.
