About the Job

India TV is looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager – Social Media to lead its real-time digital content strategy across platforms.

Eligibility

• 10–12 years of overall experience
• Minimum 5 years in a digital newsroom or content leadership role
• Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behaviour
• Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English preferred
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, X Pro, analytics tools, and AI tools

Work Profile

• Plan and execute content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Lead breaking news coverage, live content, reels, carousels, and explainers
• Integrate AI tools to enhance content speed, quality, and packaging
• Monitor and optimise engagement, reach, retention, and content performance
• Supervise a team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
