KandraDigital is hiring a Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager.

Eligibility

• 4-5 years of experience in social media management and performance marketing.
• Exposure to running education campaigns will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of paid ad platforms and social media algorithms.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Work Profile

• Develop and manage social media strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create engaging content and collaborate with design teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Engage with followers, manage online reputation, and oversee influencer collaborations.
