About the Job

Lotus Petal Foundation is hiring Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, advertising, or social media management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, particularly in the social impact or non-profit sector (preferred)
• Knowledge of content planning, scheduling tools, and performance tracking
• Creative, purpose-driven mindset with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Work Profile

• Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms
• Create and maintain a content calendar in line with campaign and school goals
• Develop engaging content, including video storytelling that highlights the organisation’s impact
• Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns to drive reach, donations, and volunteer engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver insights for continuous improvement
• Ensure content reflects the voice, values, and mission of Lotus Petal Foundation
• Collaborate with internal teams and lead a small content/design team
