About the Job

Ment Tech is hiring a Social Media Manager (Web3 + Influencer Marketing).

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of Web3, crypto culture, and online community dynamics
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Notion
• Experience in influencer outreach and campaign execution
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance

Work Profile

• Manage and grow presence on Twitter/X, Discord, and Telegram
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns: outreach, coordination, and tracking
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and messaging
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with performance insights
