Eligibility

• 8+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2C or product-based industry.
• Expertise in social media platforms, trends, and advertising tools.
• Strong creative and analytical skills for content development and performance tracking.
• Experience with paid media strategies, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other scheduling/analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Work Profile

• Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to strengthen audience relationships.
• Social Media Strategy: Plan and implement organic and paid campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights. Optimise content strategies based on data insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and design teams to create cohesive brand campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in the social media landscape.
• Advertising & Budgeting: Manage social media ad campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and optimise performance for maximum ROI.
