About the Job

PhysicsWallah is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead content development and community engagement across multiple social platforms.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of experience in social media management
• Background in edtech is a plus
• Personal social media channel with 30K–50K+ followers is advantageous
• Strong communication skills, both on-screen and off-screen
• Experience in content creation or presenting on video
• Beginner-level video editing using CapCut, InShot, or Canva

Work Profile

• Develop and grow the digital presence of the 1:1 Disha Mentorship initiative on Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create platform-specific content calendars with reels, carousels, stories, and videos
• Actively engage with the student community through messages, comments, and live sessions
• Participate in or lead interviews, short videos, or podcast-style discussions with mentors, students, or parents
• Contribute creatively to video content and editing, tailoring content to trends and audience preferences
• Track and analyse social media metrics to refine and optimise future content strategies
