About the Job

PinnacleU is hiring a Social Media Manager for a SaaS-based AI platform offering animation tools.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Work Profile

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage written, visual, and video content across platforms.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
