About the Job

Prometheus Consulting Services is hiring a Senior Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• 6 to 10 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and trends
• Comfortable with both strategy and execution
• Experience in reputation management and sentiment analysis
• Strong content creation and editing skills
• Familiarity with social media monitoring and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility to work according to business priorities
• Preferred technology experience: Sprinklr, Sprout Advocacy

Work Profile

• Develop and implement organic social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms
• Manage an editorial calendar for timely content production
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience
• Manage the employee advocacy programme and support employees in sharing company content
• Track brand reputation and sentiment using monitoring tools
• Analyse data and provide insights to improve social media strategy
