About the Job
Social Siyappa is hiring a Social Media and Community Manager.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of experience managing and growing brand pages on Instagram and Meta
- Strong understanding of trends, formats, audios and meme culture
- Ability to build and nurture an engaged online community
- Skilled in analysing platform insights and backing creative ideas with data
- Ability to communicate in a human tone, not a corporate voice
- Familiarity with Instagram and Meta algorithms
- Bonus Advantage:
- Experience with lifestyle, real estate or hospitality brands
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and understanding CPC, CPM and CTR
- Familiarity with Canva, Notion, Buffer or similar tools
Work Profile
- Managing social media accounts for lifestyle, real estate and hospitality brands
- Planning monthly content calendars with hooks, formats and creative ideas
- Posting and managing daily content across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Engaging actively with communities through comments, DMs, stories, polls and live sessions
- Spotting early trends and adapting them for brand content
- Running basic experiments such as A/B testing hooks, thumbnails, reel covers and posting times
- Coordinating with designers, editors and founders for timely content delivery
- Using platform analytics to refine content strategies, formats and timings
- Tracking metrics such as growth, reach, shares, saves and clicks to enhance performance
