About the Job

TheCophil is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead its organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Eligibility

• 8–14 years of hands-on experience in organic social media management within the IT industry
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn growth strategies including employee advocacy, content pillars, and community engagement
• Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Instagram tools, and social listening platforms
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like LinkedIn Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Ability to independently lead campaigns without relying on external visualisers
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Work Profile

• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement and following
• Manage content calendars aligned with product launches, leadership messaging, and internal initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Leadership teams to showcase company culture and achievements
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns for impact
• Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Mentor and support junior team members involved in social media and content
