About the Job

WaterMarc is hiring a Social Media Manager.

Eligibility

• 3–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Experience in the IT services, digital marketing, or technology sector (preferred)
• Strong understanding of platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
• Data-driven with the ability to derive insights and optimise campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Work Profile

• Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Develop engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a vibrant online community
• Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns, supporting product launches and brand initiatives
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics, preparing reports and improving performance
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all social media communication
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, applying relevant innovations
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams for cohesive brand messaging
