Eligibility

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong focus on video content creation, including reels, shorts, and YouTube videos.
• Proven ability to create engaging content that drives audience engagement and conversions.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage video content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts.
• Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
• Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, copy, and strategy teams to deliver high-impact content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
