Xomiro is hiring a Social Media Manager – Web3 for a Hyderabad-based role.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in social media management within the crypto or Web3 space.
• Strong knowledge of Web3 platforms, communities, and trends.
• Deep involvement in Crypto Twitter, Telegram alpha groups, and Discord communities.
• Understanding of on-chain narratives, memetic marketing, and influencer dynamics in the crypto ecosystem.
• Experience with paid campaigns on crypto-relevant platforms is a plus.

Work Profile

The Social Media Manager – Web3 will:

1. Social Media Execution & Trend Spotting
   • Manage social media presence across X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Lens, Farcaster, and Instagram.
   • Track Web3 trends and industry shifts to create reactive content, including memes, threads, Twitter Spaces, and short-form videos.
2. Community Growth & Engagement
   • Cultivate highly engaged communities on Telegram and Discord.
   • Execute gamified campaigns, airdrops, and referral programmes.
   • Moderate discussions, manage FUD, and maintain brand reputation.
3. Content Creation & Narrative Crafting
   • Develop narrative-driven content aligned with crypto ethos, including deep-dive threads, memes, and educational content.
   • Collaborate with influencers for viral storytelling and organic reach.
4. Paid Growth & Performance Tracking
   • Run targeted campaigns on Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and Telegram.
   • Analyse performance using tools like Dune, Nansen, and Twitter insights.
   • Coordinate with Web3 influencers, KOLs, and DAOs for co-marketing initiatives.
