Leaderly is hiring a Social Media & PR Associate for its on-site team in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Eligibility

• Graduate or postgraduate (freshers with strong digital skills may apply)
• Creativity and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in branding, digital marketing, and community growth
• Comfort being on camera or leading interactive sessions is an added advantage

Work Profile

• Lead daily content creation and posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and other platforms
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media ads and performance tracking
• Organise interactive sessions and support event-related PR activities
• Work closely with the founding team on messaging and brand positioning
• Build an engaged community through consistent storytelling and meaningful conversations
