Hexaphor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Social Media Specialist & Content Marketing Executive.

Eligibility

• Experience: 1–2 years in social media management and content marketing
• Skills Required:
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, strategy, and impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Work Profile

• Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with company objectives
• Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms
• Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences in real time
• Plan and develop engaging content such as posts, videos, reels, carousels, blogs, and more
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing creatives and motion graphics
• Write SEO-optimised copy for websites, newsletters, campaigns, and marketing materials
• Conceptualise and implement high-impact campaigns to enhance engagement and brand visibility
• Track campaign performance, analyse insights, and refine strategies accordingly
• Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and industry best practices
