About the Job

ACS Networks & Technologies is hiring a Technical Content Writer.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in IT or software
• Excellent written English and grammar
• Understanding of technology, APIs, software development, or cloud platforms
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), Markdown, or Git is a plus
• SEO knowledge is an advantage

Work Profile

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality technical documentation and blog posts
• Translate complex concepts into accessible, user-focused content
• Research industry trends and competitor content
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and subject matter experts
• Optimise content for SEO and readability
• Maintain consistent tone and branding across platforms
• Update technical documents as per product changes

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of programming languages
• Familiarity with visual content tools such as Canva or Figma
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
