About the Job
Adobe is hiring a Content & Experience Specialist / Technical Writer – II with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience creating customer-focused digital product content, preferably within the software or technology sector
- Excellent command of English with strong storytelling and instructional writing skills
- Experience in UI/UX content design, data storytelling, and short-form video creation or editing
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and collaboration with design teams
- Familiarity with content metrics, SEO, and analytics for data-driven decisions
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as product, design, marketing, and engineering
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach to content development
Work Profile
- Create engaging, on-brand content for web, in-app, community, and social channels with a consistent, conversational tone
- Develop clear, user-friendly UI/UX copy that supports intuitive user flows and product comprehension
- Write interactive dialogues for AI assistants to guide users through products and workflows
- Use data and user insights to design content strategies and optimise existing experiences
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and support teams to simplify technical concepts into accessible narratives
- Utilise GenAI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining editorial quality and human oversight
- Analyse performance metrics and feedback to enhance discoverability, usability, and user engagement
- Partner with internal teams to create self-service content that supports product adoption and customer success
- Maintain alignment with Adobe’s brand voice and writing standards across all touchpoints
- Gain deep familiarity with Photoshop and related workflows to produce relevant, empathetic content
