Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in technical writing or content creation for a technical audience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of blog writing, product documentation, and user guide creation
• Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress or Confluence
• Experience with documentation tools like Markdown, Git, and Docusaurus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting

Work Profile

• Write and edit high-quality content including technical blogs, user manuals, and product documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy
