Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in content writing, specifically for the IT industry
- Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and informative content
- Strong portfolio of published work
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Proficiency in CMS and documentation tools
- Strong research skills and ability to understand complex technical concepts
Work Profile
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Writing, editing, and proofreading technical content such as blogs, articles, user manuals, case studies, and more
- Developing content optimised for SEO and in alignment with the company’s brand voice and tone
- Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics to generate content ideas
- Performing keyword research and using SEO tools to optimise content
- Collaborating with the marketing team to implement content marketing strategies
- Monitoring and analysing content performance, with a focus on improvement
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design tools is a plus
