Eligibility

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical writing
• Proven strong written communication skills (writing samples required)
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English
• Understanding of the IT industry and related terminology
• Familiarity with content management systems

Work Profile

• Write high-quality, research-based content including landing pages, blogs, case studies, guest posts, and more
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute content strategies
• Update and maintain website content
• Develop marketing content and optimise it using SEO best practices
• Conduct keyword research and follow SEO guidelines to enhance web traffic
• Present drafts and final versions to internal teams and participate in brainstorming sessions
• Revise content based on feedback
• Suggest innovative content formats to represent products and services
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communications
