About the Job

Randstad is hiring a Technical Content Writer for one of its top clients.

Eligibility

1. Minimum of 6 months of experience in technical writing
2. Strong ability to create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps
3. Familiarity with client systems and existing documentation

Work Profile

1. Create/update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and troubleshooting articles for the operations team
2. Leverage existing documentation and expert knowledge to streamline SOPs and improve article navigation
3. Write content that aligns with the client’s tone of voice, whether instructional or conversational
4. Knowledge of writing articles in Salesforce and analysing article reports is an advantage
5. Build a writing style guide for consistent content creation
