About the Job

RSDA Infotech LLP is looking for a Technical Content Writer to join their team.

Eligibility

1. A Bachelor’s degree in English, Content Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the software industry.
3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.
6. Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Markdown, or similar.

Work Profile

1. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts.
2. Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and API documentation.
3. Ensure documentation is clear and accessible for various audiences, such as end-users, administrators, and developers.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain documentation accuracy and consistency.
5. Keep documentation updated with product changes and enhancements.
6. Continuously improve documentation processes and standards.
