About the Job

SCIKIQ is hiring a Technical Content Writer – Freelance/Contract.

Eligibility

  • Experience in technical writing for software/SaaS
  • Proficiency in GitBook, Markdown, and version control
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Portfolio of past work, preferably including GitBook/help portals

Work Profile

  • Writing and organising product documentation, guides, FAQs, and release notes
  • Building and maintaining a GitBook-based help portal
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to simplify technical content
  • Ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across documentation
