About the Job 

Position: Technical Writer
Experience: 3-6 Years
Location: Bangalore

Eligibility

• Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Up to five (5) years of experience in technical writing to create and revise product content for multiple audiences.
  • Understanding of the Agile development environment.
• Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience with technical writing for software and/or hardware technology products.
  • Entry-level (working) understanding of the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) mark-up language.
  • Familiarity with online and in-product content solutions.

Work Profile

• Create and revise product content for multiple audiences.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure content accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Utilize DITA mark-up language for content creation.
• Develop online and in-product content solutions.
• Adhere to Agile development practices and contribute to the content development lifecycle.
