Eligibility

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing
• Strong writing and editing skills with technical accuracy
• Experience in IT, SaaS, Cloud, AI, or DevOps content
• Familiarity with Markdown, DITA, XML, WordPress, or CMS tools
• Understanding of SEO best practices and content structuring
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging way

Work Profile

The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for creating and editing technical blogs, whitepapers, product documentation, user manuals, API documentation, and knowledge base content. The role will involve working closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams, optimising content for SEO and user engagement, and staying updated with the latest tech trends and industry insights.
