Wipro is hiring a Technical Content Writer.
Eligibility
- 6-8 years of experience in technical content writing
- Knowledge of digital security and financial services solutions (e.g. digital certificates, IAM, PKI, HSM, card issuance)
- Experience with documentation tools such as FrameMaker, XML-based authoring tools, CMS, and DITA framework
Work Profile
- Develop documentation style checklists and standards according to clients’ requirements
- Conduct advanced research and gather inputs for content creation
- Write outlines for new documents and design information flow
- Define project quality and metric norms
- Write error-free content for complex products
- Perform self-reviews, peer-reviews, and edit documents as needed
