About the Job

Yethi Consulting is hiring a Sr Technical Content Writer.

Eligibility

Candidates should have:

• 4-8 years of proven experience as a technical writer or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Structured Documentation, DITA, and DDLC
• Proficiency with content authoring tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen, and MadCap Flare
• Familiarity with Confluence; experience with Adobe Experience Manager is desirable
• Familiarity with content governance tools like Acrolinx is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset

Work Profile

The Sr Technical Content Writer will:

• Conduct research, outline, write, and edit technical content
• Collaborate across teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality documentation
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Create and maintain information architecture templates adhering to organisational and legal standards
