About the Job

Treflo is hiring a Technical Content Writer Intern.

Eligibility

1. Recently completed a degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in technology and a basic understanding of technical concepts.
3. Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
4. Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
5. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or content management systems is a plus.

Preferred:

1. Basic understanding of SEO principles.
2. Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Markdown, or Confluence.
3. Previous experience in technical writing, blogging, or creating documentation is an advantage.

Work Profile

1. Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing technical content, including user guides, blog posts, how-to articles, and FAQs.
2. Research: Conduct research on technical topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in content.
3. Editing and Proofreading: Review drafts for grammar, clarity, and style under the guidance of senior team members.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly.
5. Content Management: Organise and update documentation in content management systems.
6. Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and writing skills.
