Eligibility

1. A Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field
2. 0-2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry
3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely
6. Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Markdown, or similar

Work Profile

1. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts
2. Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, API documentation, and knowledge base articles
3. Organise and present information in a clear and concise manner for a variety of audiences, including end-users, administrators, and developers
4. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation by collaborating with cross-functional teams
5. Keep documentation up-to-date with product changes and enhancements
6. Continuously improve documentation processes and standards
